Three Pillars, One Mission
Every program we run maps to a pillar of public benefit
AI for National Security
Advancing human-AI teaming for military survivability. We build operational tools that work reliably in high-stakes environments where failure is not an option.
Public Sector AI Adoption
Making AI infrastructure accessible to small military staffs, school districts, rural governments, and organizations operating under personnel ceilings. When the market doesn't serve your community, we build the tools you need.
STEM Education
Building the next generation of AI-literate professionals through hands-on education, research opportunities, and open-source tools that connect classroom theory to operational reality.

Nonprofit AI Infrastructure (SNI-OpenClaw)
Small nonprofits are asked to compete in an increasingly AI-driven environment with none of the budget or staff that larger organizations enjoy. Our SNI-OpenClaw service gives them an isolated, secure AI assistant matched to their organization's identity and mission โ a capability that would normally require a dedicated technology consultant to stand up and maintain.
Each client organization operates behind its own trust boundary, with its own configured agent, channels, and context. The program is priced for the nonprofit sector, with tiered service levels that scale from a single-channel starter setup to multi-channel, higher-volume configurations. The goal is straightforward: make serious AI capability reachable for organizations doing important work on thin budgets.

Human-AI Teaming Research
Our platforms are designed to generate generalizable findings. We document the failure modes we encounter, the orchestration patterns that hold up under load, and the reliability engineering approaches that make multi-agent systems dependable โ then publish them for the broader research community.
Key threads include the "reasoning paradox" (models producing the strongest analysis are often the weakest at reliable tool execution), durable task orchestration that replaces ephemeral context with persistent state, and a documented taxonomy of failure modes synthesized into enforceable behavioral rules. These findings support the field's collective understanding of how to deploy AI safely in operational environments.
How Programs Reach People
From capability to community
Access
We start by identifying the organizations and missions that the commercial market does not serve, then deliver capability directly to them.
Deploy
Tools are deployed in real operational settings, tested against real constraints, and hardened by real failure modes.
Publish
Lessons learned are documented and released to the research community, turning operational experience into generalizable knowledge.
Educate
Through partnerships and open resources, we build the human capacity that sustains AI adoption beyond any single project.
Bring a program to your community
If your organization serves a public-good mission and lacks the AI capability to match, we want to hear from you.
