🤖 Where AI Is Used
Stellar Nexus Institute ("SNI"), a nonprofit corporation and 501(c)(3) public charity, uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies across its platforms, programs, and services. As an organization whose mission centers on responsible AI adoption, we believe in transparency about when and how AI is used.
- Research & Publications — AI may be used to assist with drafting, editing, data analysis, or visualization of research content
- Website Content — Some text, images, or data visualizations on stellarnexus.institute may be generated or assisted by AI
- Communications — Email responses, newsletters, or social media content may be drafted with AI assistance
🛡️ What AI Does NOT Do
- AI does not make autonomous decisions about charitable program funding, beneficiary eligibility, or grant awards
- AI does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice through SNI platforms
- AI does not replace human oversight in any program or service
⚠️ Limitations
- Accuracy not guaranteed. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. SNI strives for quality but cannot guarantee that AI outputs are always correct.
- Human review. Where practical, SNI reviews AI-generated content before publication. However, some AI features (such as interactive assistants) provide real-time outputs that may not be pre-reviewed.
- No endorsement. AI-generated content does not represent the official position of SNI, its partners, or any government entity unless explicitly stated.
- Educational and informational purposes. AI-generated content on SNI platforms is provided for educational and informational purposes consistent with our charitable mission under IRC 501(c)(3).

- Interactions with AI features may be logged for quality improvement, safety, and research consistent with SNI's charitable mission
- Do not share classified information, CUI, or sensitive personal data with AI features on SNI platforms
- SNI's data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy

SNI reserves the right to update this disclosure at any time. Continued use of SNI platforms after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated disclosure.
