SNI provides the following services:

• Nonprofit Technology Services — AI-powered tools, consulting, and infrastructure for nonprofit organizations
• Donation Platform — Online donation processing for charitable contributions to SNI
• AI Assistant Services — Subscription-based AI agent services for nonprofit clients
• Educational Programs — STEM education and AI literacy programs
• Community Portal — Web-based access to program resources and services

3. Donations

All donations made through our platform are voluntary contributions to Stellar Nexus Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 42-2841879). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. SNI reserves the right to redirect unrestricted donations to where they are most needed in furtherance of our mission.

4. AI Assistant Services

SNI provides AI-powered assistant services to nonprofit clients on a subscription basis. These services use third-party AI models and infrastructure. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI-generated content may contain errors. Clients should verify critical information independently.

5. User Responsibilities

Users of our services agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making donations or creating accounts
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems
• Respect the intellectual property rights of SNI and others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content on stellarnexus.institute, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Stellar Nexus Institute or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Our AI assistant services incorporate open-source software licensed under the MIT License, including OpenClaw (© 2026 OpenClaw Foundation) and Ollama (© Ollama).

7. Limitation of Liability

SNI provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
